We went to Gursha on a night that there was a buffet. The buffet had lots of very good options. Some were quite spicy but there were also mild options. They also had a traditional coffee ceremony and brought over some traditional Ethiopian coffee, which was delicious but needed a lot of sugar since it was really strong. They also serve it with traditional Injera bread and did not have any silverware at the table. We probably could’ve asked for silverware, but ate it in the traditional manner, using the Injera bread to pick up all of the food. We would definitely come back, especially when they have a buffet.

Great place for Ethiopian food. The experience is subtle and the prices are fair. Its a small menu, but the foot was wonderful. I would have only thought that if the Injera was brought out hot it would have made for a more wonderful experience. Overall, I would go there again.

Don't let its location in an older strip mall fool you, this is the real thing. It is a good place to take vegetarians, but they also serve meat dishes and dairy. Traditional service on a large inerja (flat sourdough pancake made with teff). They serve various stew type dishes, some spicy and some not spicy. Don't miss the Ethiopian coffee, roasted on the spot and brought to your table in a stoneware carafe. This is a great place to go for a change of pace, and inexpensive.

Loved the food. Pretty good service. I would have loved to have heard some music that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
